was removed as there is not enough context to determine the page number, and the instruction indicates to keep "Page XX" if detected with exactly six lines, three at the beginning and three at the end. The given text does not follow this pattern exactly. The text has been formatted into HTML usingfor paragraphs as per the output requirement. Spelling errors have been corrected (e.g., "te" to "the", "annd" to "and", "Mh." to "Mr.", "Eegre" to omitted as it seems to be an error or unnecessary), and spacing issues have been fixed. The original text's structure and content have been preserved as much as possible, with minimal alteration to form complete sentences.
